Hannu Manninen's goal in the top ten

Quadruple World Cup winner Hannu Manninen is back at Ruka after a year break.

"It is nice to be back around", says Manninen who made his decision to return in august.

Hannu says that the Olympics were not the reason why he came back, it was the desire to compete and feel the good vibes again.

As well known to excel at the skiing part Manninen says that of course the break has a influence to his performance, but he believes that his jump is going to be good this season.

”The most important thing at Ruka is to get good performance and my realistic goal is a place in the top ten", Manninen says.

When the season proceeds Hannu will look to the Olympics in Vancouver and there especially to the team competition, where he believes that Finlad has a good chance to get a medal. Regardless the break Manninen will probably be in the top this season.
