Each Ski Association shall send its entry on the enclosed entry form to the Organizing Committee.
The entries in Cross Country must be done by newly introduced FIS online entry system on www.fis-ski.com (Member section).

Entry

Deadline for Cross Country according to the World Cup rules: preliminary entries before 13^th of October 2011.
Final number of rooms and transportation requested before 15^th of November 2011. For other disciplines, deadline for the entry is 31st October 2011.
For entries arriving later than the deadline the Organizing Committee can´t guarantee smooth travel and accommodation arrangements.

Deadline for the radio licence application is 11^th November 2011 and is to be sent to FICORA directly.

Restriction

FIS rules will apply. The number of participants must comply with World Cup rules and regulations.

Liability

Each competitor must be insured by his/her own association. The OC have coverage for their own third part liability only.
